How to Order
How to place an order?
Ordering is simple. Click the 'Order now' button at the top of this page. Follow the steps by selecting the treatment of your choice. You will then be taken to a page asking you to confirm that your personal and medical details are up to date before submitting your credit card details for authorization.
What happens next?
We will confirm payment has been authorised by email (unless requested otherwise). Our doctor will then issue a prescription which will be sent electronically to our pharmacy. Please ensure you place your order by 11am Monday to Friday to have delivery guaranteed the next day. This is to ensure the pharmacy can order stock should your product be unavailable. We will endeavour to send all orders placed between 11am and 3pm the same day, but we can’t guarantee next day delivery on those items. All medicine will be dispatched in plain packaging via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Can the delivery address and billing address be different?
You can have your order delivered to a different address than the billing address. The address that is stored in the system is the eventual delivery address. When you arrive at the payment page the delivery address will automatically fill the relevant fields. All you need do is replace it with your billing address. This will not affect the delivery address.
Are my credit card details secure?
We have made every effort to make sure that our system is secure. Your credit card details are not stored on the site. Our system has been verified as secure by Geo Trust. How do I know your medicines are fully genuine?
All of our products are genuine branded medicines carrying the original manufacturer's stickers and hallmarks.
When will my order arrive?
Please ensure you place your order by 11am Monday to Friday to have delivery guaranteed the next day. This is to ensure the pharmacy can order stock should your product be unavailable. We will endeavour to send all orders placed between 11am and 3pm the same day, but we can’t guarantee next day delivery on those items. Please note that Royal Mail is not a courier company so that we cannot guarantee the exact time of arrival. Delivery is however guaranteed and fully insured and your order will be given a unique tracking number.
Will I have to sign for it?
Yes. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery requires a signature on delivery as proof of receipt.
What if it doesn't arrive?

What will the package look like?
The medicine will be dispatched in tamper-proof discreet packaging. As well as the medicine, the package will contain information explaining the usage, dose and precautionary information for the medicine.

What if I am unable to be at home when Royal Mail attempt delivery?
Royal Mail will leave a calling card instructing you to collect from your local sorting office or alternatively, rearranging for delivery at a convenient time to you.
