CerazetteCerazette is a 'mini pill' or progestogen-only pill. Micronor contains the active ingredient: desogestrel 75 mcg. This is a synthetic version of the female reproductive hormone progesterone, which women naturally produce in their ovaries. Cerazette Prices from £27.95 for 3 months supply Reviews for Cerazette
How it worksCerazette ED works by overriding the natural female cycle. The progesterone in Micronor inhibits ovulation, thickens cervical mucus to impede sperm motility and thins the womb lining to make it less able to nurture a fertilised egg. Micronor can also suppress ovulation, however this does not always occur in all women. Taking CerazetteCerazette is an everyday pill, which should be taken on a continuous basis. All of the tablets contained in the blister pack have the same dose of hormone. You should take one tablet every day at the same time. If you are less than 12 hours late taking your pill you will still be protected from pregnancy and do not need extra protection. If you are more than 12 hours late taking your pill you will not be protected from unwanted pregnancy and should use a barrier method over the 7 days following the missed pill. Further informationUnlike other mini-pills, if you miss a pill when taking Cerazette you have up to 12 hours to take it. Cerazette does not protect against sexually transmitted infection. Even if you are taking the pill to protect against unwanted pregnancy, you should always use a barrier method with a new partner until you have both been tested and cleared for STIs. Other medications - such as antibiotics, the weight loss pill Xenical, and the emergency oral contraceptive pill – can decrease the effectiveness of Cerazette. It is important you speak to your doctor about how any medicines you are prescribed may affect your contraceptive pill. Manufacturer: Organon Reviews for Cerazette
