Question: taking a cialis 10mg works for two times of full erection (followed by an ejaculation each) with an hour interval between, then didn't work again for the rest of time, i mean 36 - 1 = 35 hours despite of my partner's direct stimulation. any med/dose may achieve multiple full erections, i.e. 6 to 10 times within 5 hour period. i'm a 48 year old healthy male. thank you so much in advance.

Answer:Cialis has been designed in such a way that the active ingredient Tadalafil is released gradually and over time, rather than all in one go. This allows for an extended time window of effectiveness, which has proven to last up to 36 hours. This also means that, compared to other ED drugs like Viagra, Cialis is weaker, i.e. some men who have taken both medicines find that Viagra gives harder erections. Impotence medicines can shorten the refractory period thus allowing for multiple erections with ejaculation within a relatively short period of time, however it is important to bear in mind that these aspects vary greatly from person to person. If you find that the 10mg does not produce the desired effect, you could try the 20mg, alternatively you could also try a different impotence treatment such as Viagra or Levitra. Please note that you should always consult with your prescribing doctor first before making any changes to the dosage or before switching treatment.
